Certified Advanced Neurolanguage Coach® 2017 - Certified Professional Coach – (RNCP Niv. 1) ICN 2016 - Advanced Skills Teacher, Westminster Education Consultants 2004

Which types of assignments do you take?

Specialising mainly in the development of communicative skills in English. I also accompany non-native speakers in their integration and career progression within French companies and institutions. This accompaniment is varied but includes stress management, development of managerial skills and inter-cultural communications. In addition, I train trainers how to use and adapt different learning methods for different publics.

How did your career prepare you for these assignments?

I have been a trainer since 1996 and a learner forever! Insatiable curiosity and a nomadic spirit have afforded me a broad professional experience in large companies and institutions, startups and small businesses, in industrial and service sectors as well as in secondary and tertiary education and research institutes. As an Advanced Skills Teacher in the United Kingdom, I worked with teams of teachers to carry out action research into motivating learners and integrating new technologies in the classroom. I enjoy creating environments where individuals and teams can tackle challenges creatively and sustainably. I know what it is to be a « late-developer », learning and mastering my second language in mid-life. My experiences as a state and private sector employee, a freelancer and an auto-entrepreneur enable me to find multiple ways to relate to clients' situations.

What specifically do you bring to GSA?

A personal quest to match the right learning tools and strategies to each client. An ability to help each person find and use their voice with confidence.
